Wet Felted Sauna Slippers

Instructor: Cindy Truex
Material Fee: $35 (payable to instructor at the time of class)
Students will explore the wet felting process by using wool fibers, warm soapy water, and agitation to bond the fibers together. Through this process, students will learn how fiber shrinks and hardens as it is worked, allowing them to create a functional, durable pair of wool slippers similar in style and construction to those shown in the photos.
