Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a popular mushroom, and there's so much to learn about it - is it safe for me? Can it be harvested sustainably? How can I use it? We will discuss the physical characteristics of chaga so you can confidently identify it in the field. We will continue building your relationship with this special mushroom by learning about its medicinal properties. Lastly, we will make an electuary (honey with powder in it) together that you'll be able to take home and use or give away as a gift.
($10 per container for supplies)
