Please register early. Class fee is payable with registration and material fee is to be paid to instructor at first class. If we have to cancel the class, full refund will be made. If student withdraws before the registration due date, class fee less $12 processing fee will be refunded; if after registration due date 10-14days, no refund will be made.

Rigid Heddle Weaving-For Beginnere

Start to learn the ancient craft of weaving using pre-warped rigid heddle looms. Your loom will be ready with wool to make a table runner or wall hanging. We will learn how to make good selvedges and work with pick up sticks to do inlay or change the structure. Becoming familiar with weaving vocabulary will help with future experiences. There will be color choices and conversation about pattern and design. Most of all we will have fun experimenting with something new!
Max: 8 - For ages 12+
Materials fee payable to instructor at class- $20
Students to bring: You don’t need to bring anything but you can bring yarns or other items to personalize or embellish your table runner or wall hanging.
